• CEWP members have access to the BodPod, gold standard body composition assessment! It measures body volume using plethysmography, which converts body density to body composition (% body fat).

What to expect:

• Protocol consists of sitting in the BodPod for a total of 2-3 minutes and requires that the participant wear skin-tight clothing. Additionally, you cannot consume food or exercise 2 hours prior to the test.
